over-reaction... that is what happens sometimes when an article states some event may happen or not happen.. ok, frankly speaking, whether Israel exports cannabis or not(and I think ministers in Israel will convince Netanyahu to export cannabis-espec. as mmj-formulations or whatever)-yet, those investors that have the opinion that owcp is looking to sell their research-patents-etc. etc. to a big co.-the more I think about it-they are right.. that is where the value of owcp is.. they are not a cannabis growing farm depending on what the PM of Israel decides...

long term I can see owcp being bought out for $20-25 pps...short term it is has just been a flippers' stock...imho..
