Looks to me like a split.
PTEL Blue Blue Venture Inc spinoff has to be funded.
Only Company I know of that is in the Neatherlands area is Spotify
ENTI rumor in 2011. Spotify was looking for Billions in funding before going public.
Can't think of any other Company's because of it location ..
