Not among "naysayers, purveyors of negativity". I don't know anybody who would start shopping for furniture for a new house when they don't even have a down payment or mortgage application in process. Maybe a deal fell thru which was all the more reason to hold off until the deal was closed. All I'm saying is that pr led me to believe the ducks where in a row. It's apparent by the rise in sp after the release others felt the same way. As it turned out it sure looks just like a puff piece. My opinion.
