Questions emailed to Mark Kay and his answers:
Q-1. What is the lowest amount that you would accept for a buyout offer?
A-1. Can't say the minimum I would ask, mainly because not sure until I am in it.
Q-2. Are we still on track for the January/February deal announcement that was mentioned a while back? If not, would you mention an estimate on how many months away it is?
A-2.Yes within a month or so the latest, and not sure what I will announce or not, but it is happening.
Q-3. How will shareholders of SFOR be benefiting from Blocksafe technologies?
A-3. We licensed our software to Blocksafe and they will pay for it and the hours we spend on it and ongoing revenues.
Q-4. Will there ever be share buybacks?
A-4. I can't say yet, but once we pay off all of our loans there probably would be, but we still have a way to get through that and definitely much after the lawsuits are over and hopefully won..
