I still don't know what is worse. A) Your CFO not knowing about a debt, or, 
Your CFO not telling CEO about a debt; C) Lying about a debt. hmmmmm Doesn't give a Finance guy - like myself - a good feeling. All bad in my mind. Managed poorly in my mind. I assume Mazars found this in a day - IF, SB didn't tell them about it. Go ONCI
