NTEK acquired HVEL in February 2015 and the Gaming Lab was spun-off into HVEL in May 2015 together with a name and symbol change to NTGL,
- Does NTEK still own all the rights to NTGL?
- Does HVEL Shell have value and is it worth keeping the assets together with the shell as a whole that is being returned to NTEK since it was mentioned in yesterday’s SHL that you may seek out to sell the assets to another party.
- Will any of the cash value that is recovered together with any funds from the sale of assets be appplied immediately to the NTEK buy back plan? This will at least show good faith to the SH moving forward!!
- Once new management continues to build growth value from any sales of assets from NTGL, would there be some sort compensation for the NTGL shareholders either a cash dividend or a swap for NTEK shares.

David I’m sure you stand to lose the most $$$$ compare to us in NTGL.
