The $12 million financing deal they just secured requires some dilution. Nevertheless, the terms of the financing are excellent.
Simple fact is, as the revenues increase, the dilution will decrease and the debt reduction measures that Michael Welch referred to in his last message will be sweetening up the balance.
This doesn't happen overnight, but now that a great financing package is finally being leveraged, it very well may happen much sooner than many would believe. $$RMHB$$
