I would be inclined to agree that it could have been something ventured upon in the past. Their selling point is a 2013 article and it seems like a majority of Internet efforts were made in 2016 to sell the products. However with a current year copyright, I would think that they would not want phone calls, etc. currently if they aren't selling the products. And the phone number is clearly there for when you look up about the product on their site.
