Public schools
Have a big lock on that. Have been trying to get into the home. In some places they have and have full control. More and more parents do not what to raise their kids.
Worked with a guy that lived in boarding schools his whole life after 5. Nanny took care of him before 5. Only seen his parents on holidays and that was with a nanny in control.
Now that was select engeneering. Public schools are not.
