I’m certain that going into a RS without any news would be catastrophic for mmex. Having to RS would not help mmex because imo no one would want to buy.
Potentially doing an RS would not involve a halt, but that would become a completely moot point.
However, doing an RS after significant news could boost the company imo (i.e less shares and more demand).
I still stand by my earlier statement that I believe the changes were to eliminate a contingent liability.
