My investment here hinged on a buyout. I think the sale of some of the IP to ACS was undervalued although we continue to hold onto what is most meaningful and continue to build on what we still own. Bo's mention of the sale of ACS can't be just lip service although I don't understand how he can sell what he doesn't completely own. If the balance gets paid an 8K should emerge, probably last minute and I'm hoping before 2020. I think the 2020 timeframe was time allotted to make money from the IP and pay along the way. Bo hasn't paid anything other than his original investment or an 8k would have been issued if I am correct. Time has provided SFT to enhance their offerings and become more valuable IMO and when ACS sells I believe StrikeForce will too and the only prior warning will be an 8K that ACS has paid SFT. This could happen at any time and has been why I haven't sold any shares to date.Only my opinion. GLTA
