There are no preferred shares being converted or sold. There have been no conversions in quite some time and none of the shares converted have been placed with brokers. Most of the preferred shares are in the hands of affiliates or insiders and no insider or affiliate has sold shares in at least the last nine months and perhaps a year.

No shares are being “printed”. No shares are being sold by the company. I don’t know who is selling shares, but I know who is not selling shares. No preferred shares are being sold. No preferred shares are being converted and no affiliates or insiders are selling shares, nor is the company.
