Both Hexagon and On4 is currently domiciled in Colorado. When Berman is able to, On4 will merge with Hexagon; Hexagon being the surviving entity. The new share structure will be what is listed in the Hexagon filing. 4,000,000,000 A/S. Berman is to retire 1.4 billion of his shares which will bring the O/S down to approximately 2.5 billion.
