Maybe!, But the Dollar amounts have really ramped up, we weren't getting near this weeks and months back, but the T trades were there, this is decent money, being converted, diluted, bought and sold, lets hope Steve delivers a PR that Delaware is now being paid! Sucks, but investors may respect the direction!
