I would love to see NTEK get it's technology back from NTGL because I think it is being wasted at NTGL. I think David knows how to take advantage of the technology and the people at NTGL don't. It sounds like it was a mistake to do this deal in the first place but NTEK needs to make sure it is not opening itself up for future lawsuits. If the assets are worth 1.9 million then only the shareholders at the time of the deal should benefit from the re-acquisition of the assets. NTEK was due 130 million shares. That means that each owed share of NTGL stock is worth .0146.

There is a story I heard about a really good person who was screwed out of compensation for his technology. This man went about it the wrong way to get his compensation back. The courts ruled against him and he had to go to jail for a while.
