This is why lawsuits happen. You can't just make decisions based what is best for the company NOW. I am sure there are legal issues that are sure to be brought up. The shareholders of NTEK at the time of the deal have just as much right to compensaton as NTEK itself. While some people are fine with losing out on their promised shares, I will guarantee that this is not the case with all. NTEK has already been sued by 2 companies and LOST! It sounds like to me that they are stepping into the same pile of dog poop and expecting a different result. There are people who owned 20 millions shares of NTEK at the time of this deal. NTEK gets it's money back but everyone else gets hosed? There are also people who have bought shares of NTGL based on the assets it aquired.
