All she keeps whining about is the settlement Treaty signed with the SEC.
They truly think Kramer would spend the time and money to plead guilty knowing we will be closed.
With out thinking it was a plea bargain. Saves the SEC money and time, separates us from the Fab 5 and they agreed to let us continue as long as the Fab 5 have no connections.
