It seems to me that one way to get around sessions is this: a co. like owcp or any other medical marijuana co. could have their "formulations" completed within the friendly mmj state and then the residents of that state would have access to it...the more states that adopt mmj.. the more success each mmj co. will have.. just my opinion-and then owcp has the rest of the world-Australia is getting very aggressive with mmj-canada next and then Germany and Europe, etc..
