As I recall shareholders of NTGL was not owned 100% by NTEK. They owned approx. 65% (???) and the remaining shareholders of NTEK (as of Feb. 6) owned the Balance. I believe the Quarterly Financials back in 2015 shows a investment of only 65%, or whatever correct % was and the remainder due shareholders. Just my 2 cents and my memory can be way off--I don't remember what I had for Breakfast! Like others have indicated, cash would be better utilized by NTEK.
