I would say that Crown Bridge would be showing confidence in that scenario. If they simply break the arrangement in the case of an RS, then the shares they purchased would be effected by the RS.(They are common stock, not notes)
They received the shares at a discount, but a hard retrace after the RS would not be desirable. I would consider that need to sell after RS a bother. I wonder if part of the dilution now is them liquidating...
I find it unlikely a lender would put hard cash on hold unless they had a strong confidence in the success of MMEX not RS'ing (which perhaps they have).
