It Added the fact that a de-listing from QB would terminate the agreement.
I read that as saying that you have to stay on QB, and if we halt (from a possible RS) you CANNOT return the put shares for a adjusted pricing (as was previously the case).
That to me takes away some of the reasons not to RS.
