I've read their web site, and it seems they have an 4 or 5 LOI that have yet to turn into an actual deal. These date back to mid last year.
I know the due diligence on an acquisition can take a while, but it would seem to me that some of these deals must be dead.
The most promising is the most recent though, is the 495 deal the one you are expecting?
The market cap on this company is only about 2 million, and it looks like they just took on convertible for 53K, do you believe they are in a position to make a real go of it, or do you see this more of a momentum play in the short term?
