I know this isn't a popular topic, but while we wait:
Any thoughts on reasons they would actually go for the RS? It appears the Crown Bridge arrangement is reliant on the QB status... so that appears to be the impetus to do it ( to keep that arrangement alive). Any other reasons, is it possible that a certain share price is being required for the phase I financing arrangement? I would think that going through a reverse split during the finalization of a financing arrangement would look bad, like me having to restructure in the midst of trying to get a mortgage. Anyone have any thoughts who has been on a stock during a phase like this?
Those holding large amounts, would you sit through a RS? Is the expectation that if they RS they would concurrently release financing news to prevent a RS selloff? Or would you ride it, sell immediately and hope to buy the re-trace? RS without accompanying news would not support the new value right?
