Regarding these S1/a filings - all of these filings -believe 4th version was filed yesterday. It's all from the initial filing and the Only filing by RMHB . After they submitted the initial filing the SEC reviews it - sends it's reply back to company with comments they would liked answered before approval is given. When then commenting has satisfied SEC's questions then they approve / or disapprove the requested shelf registration for shares.

I'm still optimistic we'll be hearing from Rmhb by close tomorrow as we know they don't like to put news out on a Fri.
