$ONCI $0.003 looks good as it is
There has been no volume support
since the three days mid October $0.01
It started filling the (lower) gaps
$0.015 back down to early September's.
The last volume support was
a candle and gap 9/15/18
Well looking at the chart/volume/pps alone
the bottom appears to be $0.0029/3
A dead-pre-volume support would be around $0.001
