My understanding of his correspondence is that he is negotiating with Del to come to a conclusion as soon as possible. It is taking longer than anticipated on their part. He has no control over that. The negotiated debt will be well under 900k (which my in my interpretation is the highest number Del assigns to pre negotiated debts).
Right now volume is key to offset the ask pps manipulation. New investors will buy in naturally as the "why was the audit not complete" hype settles and the positive growth PR's continue to mount. Give it a couple weeks. IMO.
Point being he is doing all he can at this time to make all of this come together as soon as possible. ASAP could take awhile, but it is coming! My next re-evaluation of my position, end of March! Until then I continue to add add add where I can.
