if memories serves me right years ago when all those MJ penny stock companies emergered most were trading in penny's nickles and dimes I saw some over a dollar trading and many were waiting on regulations , so they were trading pretty dam high even knowing that there companies could be shut down at anytime.

I really like the added accumulation lately on the higher pps it's a bounce.
