I'd feel better if GC would address the elephant in the room.
He sold 99.3% of the voting power of the company to Chan Heng Fai when he sold him shares of Series F for $25K.
And the Series F are oddly not redeemable by the company.
New investors will demand to know what is going on with this mysterious man from Singapore. And old investors have the right to know.
You can't really talk about uplisting when one man controls 99.3% of the vote. Who wants to invest in a public company when the public float's vote is meaningless?
Also would like to know what is going on with the notes issued to CHF and Dominick & Dickerman. Did they convert? Have they provided anything of value to the company?
