Good stuff! Really like the communication and they are taking all the correct and necessary steps in my opinion. Success is a matter of time...
With that said, I am a little confused with the NTGL shares deal. I understand they are taking a cash payment instead of receiving the shares, my question is, how , and if that is going to be distributed to shareholders? If we are not getting shares, are we going to receive some sort of dividend type payment? Can they pay us in NTEK shares? How does that work?
