You boys (Kanola-DLOG) are 100% correct, if this were an easy slam dunk, it would have been adjudicated 11 months ago. The truth is, Blackburn, who is no angel, was slandered (career criminal) over and over in the complaint, unnecessarily. It's rather obvious to the judge, and everyone else, that this was-is very personal. Yet not personal to the SEC, but rather, personal to those hedgie losers who assisted in drafting the complaint. I for one think Henry Klein did a good job pointing this out in his dismissal. The company itself, and those who are running it now have no connection to those who were named in the civil complaint like Blackburn & Gwyn.
