My broker's Level 2 and the otcmarkets.com level 2 bear little relationships to one another.
There was a piece on NPR over the weekend about the exchanges. I had thought that there were 4 for OTC stocks. I didn't know that there are 13 that deal with all stocks, PLUS the dark pool private exchanges.
No wonder the little guys get killed unless they can find a good stock, buy it cheap, grit their teeth, and hold on for a big payoff.
