I think it showed a personal bias against the " career criminal"
I certainly hope the judge doesn't forget that .
The SEC was also attacking henry personally as a lawyer .
Saying he was lazy and unprofessional.
I suppose it's ok for the sec to be unprofessional with other agencies but if a defendants lawyer in any way attacks the integrity of the investigation , he is a pariah and must be sanctioned!
