On February 3, 2018, the Board of Directors of Bravatek Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to change the Company’s fiscal year end to December 31 st from March 31 st . The Company believes this change will benefit the Company by aligning its reporting periods to be more consistent with peer companies. A transition report on Form 10-K for the transition period from March 31, 2017, to December 31, 2017, will be filed.
