No offense, but it seems a little desperate. I trust Mark Kay completely, that's not this issue, it's that there are always delays in the time line for deals and projects to be completed. Just like he told me 2 years ago that the company would be sold in a year, so it is that Jan / Feb, could easily turn into Mar / Apr and that's completely ok, just the way it is, the impatient will exit.
