Zadie what's important is SB gave us 2 important
pieces of info about Delaware today.

1st he let us know the REAL NEGTOTIATIONS begin
with Delaware now that the FINS are filed and
2nd SB is saying the Delaware Debt # is 'crazy high'
telling us he's confident he can get it negotiated way
down probably under $1M then pay it off over time
like 2-3 years and it becomes a non issue.

I'm confident we'll see a negotiated settlement fairly
soon likely before MAR 15 with this info SB put out today.
