mikey 100% SB tweet today mentioning Delaware
tells us all SB has a plan already in place to get to the
'negotiated settlement'. NO WAY would SB bother
mentioning Delaware today unless HE already KNOWS
the plan is in process to fix it.
As SB said he had to wait for the FINS to be filed before
the REAL NEGOTIATING with Delaware could begin.

I expect to see this resolved well before we get to MAR 15
Record Revenue report and the stock will be back up the
chart as fast as it dropped this past week.
