Thanks, while I didn't purchase to get involved in the law suits, it sound like they could certainly help the bottom line. The question IMHO is are those being sued easily able to pay, if so, I wouldn't be surprised with an out of court settlement at any time. If not, they'll have to fight through the court system, get a judgement, then attempt to collect it.

I would hope the emphasis is on what the company is developing and putting on the market, not what they might win in a suit.
