I wonder what type of documents they need from the prior CEO that MAZARS is requiring? Aside from actually acquiring and proving the data (which might be lost or gone??), if there is anything they can do to rectify that situation? I'd imagine MAZARS would give the co some good guidance on a path forwards. This can't be a unique scenario in small growing businesses.

Two seemingly not so big items to conquer (just a matter of time):
-Provide Historical Company Documents to MAZARS.
-Settle Delaware Debt.

At that point we will be free and clear with good standing all around to move forward with Audits.
