Reindeer better yet one scenario that could happen is
a loyal shareholder or insider in the company with bucks
will step up and pay the Delware Debt themselves once
its negotiated in return for some form of compensation
from the company like restricted preferred shares
or other options like making them a Board Director etc.
Anyway u slice it CEO is going to get done and IMO likely
before MAR 15 and we'll be right back in MAJOR RALLY
mode when it does.
