I have said this before and now I will state it a little more directly. If J&J is deeply into negotiations to sell their Lifescan and Animus divisions to Sinocare (or anyone for that matter), they are or shortly will be in a "standstill" mode, and the timing couldn't be better, in fact an opportunity of this nature almost never comes around, for DECN to attack J&J's other mature and still growing product line. J&J just won't be in a position to launch a preemptive attack and as a result KB might be best served by changing the DECN product development strategy to include a quick development no matter the cost.

But I will leave this prospective business strategy to experts like Hurricane Billy, loanranger, alydyr, diarch and Johnny_C, people who know a lot more about how the world works than KB does.
