Mental was being in this stock when I got in. Mental today is being unable to see the value here. Anyone who has interacted in good faith with DECN (which, as everyone knows, is personified by Keith Berman) knows that we could not be in better hands and that our ship is on the horizon. Be of good cheer. Our day will come.
As far as the tardy judge ruling and the "get whatever shares you want by the end of Feb" rumor, I feel like they might be related. I don't know how much leeway the judge has in filing documents in PACER but it is well within my imagination to believe that there is a deal under way that might make a ruling moot. If I were the judge under those circumstances I might let this complicated ruling be OBE (overcome by events) and just save myself some work. There might be some amount of fame to be accrued by being the judge to rule in this David v. Goliath case but, you know, the Superbowl is on and blah, blah, blah.
I balance that conjecture against a conversation I had with KB the last time buyout rumors erupted when he said "...but wouldn't it be a lot more fun to just build this company?" rather than sell it for pennies (approx. 40-50 cents as I recall).
BTW, d, your bashing is just tiresome. Give it a rest, please.
