IMO YES Energy because once Mazars see's the terms of
the negotiated settlement and having looked at ONCI's
business numbers in depth and able to see the rapidly
rising revenues and profits rolling in, they will have no
problem in concluding ONCI will be able to pay off
the debt over time and that will clear the path for
MAZARS signing off on the AUDIT.
Remember many companies with MUCH MORE DEBT
than ONCI has on its books get approved for outside
AUDIT, the hang up here as CEO SB explained in the
SHL is this matter with Delaware needs to come to a
negotiated settlement and MAZARS can't sign off on
the AUDIT until it does.
