mary777- Don't hold your breath. The problem is the system (SEC) allows this kind of crap in name of the freedom of speech. He can try but I doubted he can win. But to kill them is very easy target. Deliver the goods and they get wiped out so fast. He needs to focus on killing zone called REVENUE & GROWTH and be honest with your shareholders.

If I was not so much underwater, I would sold it by now and enter at lower price. What he did was totally astonishing and shows his lack of experience as a CEO. That is why I have been preaching for him to surround himself with knowledgeable people.
