Actually, not true. The highest this stock has been (.32 in 2015) was all due to manipulation on the back of just the news of product shipping to Amazon, followed by the news that it sold out in just a few hours. Penny stocks are manipulated big time, and they can move when least expected.

I agree with what you're saying if referring to a sustained upward price trend, but the price can move at any time. Last year it ran all the way to .16 on manipulation and the momentum traders jumping on for the ride. Ya never know.
