I believe it is because there was no Audited Financials as was advertised.
Steve is getting tons of contracts worth millions of dollars. You feel that on February 1st everyone just woke up and said 'hey, we don't have enough revenue being generated and I think I will sell?'
No, they didn't. They lost respect and confidence in Steve's ability to tell the truth. It's like Jack Nicholson in 'A Few Good Men',,, he took it upon himself to determine that "You can't handle the truth"
No doubt the contracts and revenue will be there and the PPS will rise. The difference now to many is It's just another Pinky with good upside. Whether it is or isn't will need to be decided.
