If we are assuming that it is QMC's legal troubles that is the cause for the late filings, why would they file the new Q in two weeks. Don't we have to wait to April?

The latest argument about the online store represent a microcasm of the bigger issue. Is this company is ran by liars, bunglers or good people experiencing gliches and setback to their business model. By not filing....speculation about this matter will remain with good reason in my opinion.
