NO we have not all sold out. Disappointed, yes. Mr. Berman, here is my advice. "The truth will set you free". It will also send your company to greater prosperity and those investors that believe in your sales ability along with it. Full disclosure and honesty is totally acceptable even if the news isn't good. Truth, as painful as it might be is the only way towards success, IMHO.
