Zadie its showing $2M on the 10K read the liabilities section
but IMO Berman will likely be able to get that negotiated down to
about $1M and Delaware will likely allow ONCI to pay it
off in installments over 2 to 3 years and so at that point
Delaware becomes a minor non issue and ONCI can get
back to roaring ahead with AUDITS and FINRA approval
following and building out all SIX divisions of Hexagon.
