True, I was wondering if it was someone who got retail returns. With good feedback, I rarely worry on eBay if something will be as promised (in this case unused). I recommended it also based on seller being top rated and having high feedback. I have been on eBay since 2001 and in my opinion you have nothing to worry about here. I could be wrong.
