You haven't done enough research yet if you're worried about the cash position. If your appetite for risk isn't high, why are you here? It's a pink sheet stock with a reasonable chance for a breakthrough. If you can't wait for the Annual Report in March, the dates as they've been presented and the court to provide a response - don't buy. Pretty simple really.
